This is a superb Victorian photograph featuring Chauncey Olcott. I've never seen a guy who matched his name more than ol' Chauncey here. For the record, Chauncey was a famous musician and minstrel singer from the 19th century who is probably best remembered today as the author of the song "My Wild Irish Rose."
